What are OYoga’s guiding principles?
We encourage everyone to reflect and pose certain questions before embarking on your journey with us. Here are some of them:
Yoga teaches proper breathing through a progression from basic to advanced poses. Like levels in a game, it starts with simple standing, breath observation, advancing to more complex postures while being aware of the subtleties of our breath.
Attuning to one's body is crucial, as it possesses the innate ability to self-heal. OYoga teachers, who've gone through similar journeys, create a supportive environment for you. It's a self-driven process that requires discipline to recognize that there's no instant fix.
Yoga should be enjoyable, not a competition. It's about exploring your body and understanding that each day is different. Focus on correct technique and gradual progress, without forcing yourself. OYoga encourages a lighthearted approach to practice.

This is the second item's accordion body. It is hidden by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions. You can modify any of this with custom CSS or overriding our default variables. It's also worth noting that just about any HTML can go within the .accordion-body
, though the transition does limit overflow.
