What is the duration of an OYoga class?

A private 1-on-1 session lasts for 1 hour. For Group classes, the class duration is specified next to the scheduled time.


How can I book a class?

You can book classes through the website. Simply select a date and preferred time, and answer a few questions about yourself during the scheduling process. After the system comprehends your goals and preferences, it recommends class options and teachers that align with your needs. You have the choice to schedule private 1-on-1 sessions or reserve spots in group classes.


Do unused classes carry over to the next billing cycle?

No, they do not. To maintain consistency and encourage habit formation, we assign dedicated teachers for each student, emphasizing the importance of practising at scheduled times. To secure your spot in a particular class, we reserve it for you, and if you miss the class, the option to roll it over is not available.


Is it possible to terminate my membership?

Certainly, you can cancel your membership anytime. The membership remains active until the end of the current month and won't auto-renew. If you prepaid at a discounted rate, no refunds are provided. Alternatively, you have the option to pause your membership and use the remaining balance at a later time.


Can I temporarily pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause your membership for 7 days or more, up to 3 times within a 12-month period (not exceeding 60 days). During the pause, you won't be charged, and access to yoga classes will be temporarily suspended.


Are there any complimentary classes included?

Presently, you can enjoy a 1-week free trial of Group Classes and receive 2 private one-on-one sessions for free.


Are monthly or weekly subscription plans available?

What is the cost per class?

How can I select a teacher?

Every teacher has a profile page featuring a brief introduction video and their area of expertise. All our teachers are trained at Indea Yoga, adhering to the highest quality and professional standards. We recommend the teacher that aligns best with your specific requirements.


Is it possible to switch to a different teacher?

Certainly, but we advise against frequent changes unless your schedule is incompatible with the current teacher. All teachers employ the same technique. During the trial period, you have the flexibility to explore different classes and determine the teaching level and style that best suits your needs. The student-teacher relationship is fundamental to your yoga journey. It takes approximately 2 weeks for a teacher to fully understand your body's strengths and limitations. We encourage you to establish a strong connection with your teacher, allowing them to play a significant role in your growth.


If I can't find a teacher at a suitable time, what should I do?

Is it possible to cancel my class?

Certainly, you can cancel your class at any time. No cancellation fees apply if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance. To promote the development of consistent yoga practice and discourage last-minute cancellations due to inertia or indecision, a full class fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.


Is it possible to change the time of my class?

To reschedule your class, simply cancel the existing class and book a new one at the desired time.


What occurs if I cancel my private 1-on-1 class or fail to inform within 24 hours of the scheduled time?

Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are treated as completed classes. This policy is in place to honour the teacher's time, as they reserve the slot for you. If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, the teacher is unable to fill that slot with another student.


What happens if my teacher is unavailable?

In the event of your teacher's unavailability due to an emergency, we inform you and provide the choice to either take the class with a substitute teacher, matching your requirements or cancel the class without incurring any penalty.

How is billing handled?

Billing for your membership occurs monthly, with a receipt sent via email upon each renewal. The monthly billing cycle aligns with the specific day you initially subscribed. For instance, if your membership begins on the 25th of a month, your credit card will be charged on the 25th of every subsequent month while your subscription is active.


What type of yoga will I be learning?

Our instruction encompasses a blend of Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. However, in the beginner and intermediate levels, we focus more on the Hatha yoga style of practice as it sets the fundamentals right.


Is this class conducted in-person?

Almost! The instructor is live with you through Zoom, providing a virtual experience akin to having your teacher visit your home.
